Hi everyone,

Everything is set for an amazing weekend of music, mountains and magic! Just a few details we wanted to pass along:

Tickets:

Please bring your tickets with you if you purchased them in person. For online purchasers, we recommend you print and bring your tickets with you (it has the square QR code on it):

– Check your confirmation email, and click the button “View Ticket”
– from there you can print or add to your phone

Tickets are redeemable for wristbands at the box office, inside the atrium of the St. Elias Convention Centre.

Camping:

Camping on the festival grounds is limited this year to patrons with limited mobility, and to SuperPass holders. We have 6 spots on-site at the festival for those limited mobility. You must have a valid disability parking permit with you and must be in a self-contained RV. We ask you to reserve in advance for these sites (first-come, first served) please have a contact number and license plate number when you reserve. Please see our Festival FAQ for other camping options. We also encourage you to check with the facility you have reserved camping with, as we have heard that some facilities (water) may be limited due to the fire activity these past days. Best to plan to be self contained and to confirm the status for yourselves. There are pay showers available at the Alcan Motor Inn.

Schedule:

The Festival Schedule is live – don’t miss some of the free shows and workshops, which are open to the public even without a festival pass. Plenty of options to get in on the action and music if you are in Haines Junction!

Fire Ban:

And finally, a reminder that there is currently a fire ban in place for all of southern Yukon, including Haines Junction. Please respect this, and be vigilant and responsible if you’re a smoking patron!
